Sunday 28
Church at Cooranga North. I lead and Alan preached. Lunch at Pips n Cherries Robyn packed and headed to Brisbane to help Nay for the week. Dad and I watch 2 more episodes of Clarkson Farm. Kate left Texas for Canary Island to rejoin the ship.
Monday 29
Very cold and southerly wind blowing. Worked at computer for the day. Finished EQ induction stuff. When for a ride around the farm in the afternoon. Goand sort Dad's payment which had been cancelled again.t the washing done.
Tuesday 30
Town today. Had to go to centre link to sort Dad's pension payment which had been cancelled again. Bank a cheque posted a letter went to Chemist and then lunch went to the mall to pick up glasses and get dog bones and then IGA for groceries. Got home and Darryl Ramsey came over. Ebony came out to stay for the night.
Wednesday 31
Ebony here today. She went for a ride on the quad and it stopped. We worked out it was a fuel problem. I took the tap out and found a grasshopper leg in the filter. Thought while I was fixing stuff I would look at the old buggy and it went fine so I when out and did some fence repair. Opened up the bull paddock so cattle can get to water easier. Dad when out with Ebony and they found the trough behind the dairy was not working. It was empty. I found a bird bone stuck in the ball tap. Once I cleared it it seemed to work well.
I made roast vegetables and parcels for lunch. Trudy came out about 5 and yarned  and did lunch wash up before she and Ebony headed home. Robyn moved to Katrina's this afternoon ready for appointment in Toowoomba tomorrow.
Thursday 1
Spent today in the office mostly. I sorted the missing details in tax stuff. Got together the details for the financial planner. In between I wash the sheets and towels and made baked potatoes for lunch. Robyn arrived home about 1pm. Dad and I when for a big drive up the back. Cane back to find the dairy trough had failed and the tank was empty. We put the pump on but not water cane through to the trough. Very annoying and a job for tomorrow. Maybe the pressure of a full tank might fix it. Feeling a but fluey tonight and miserable and wallowing in my childhood dislike for winter.
Friday 2
Waited for the sun to come up on the trough and went down. No change. Pulled the ball tap off and broke the fitting on the trough in the process. No water. When up to the tank and pulled the pipe off the bottom there and no water. Put the hande on the multis through the tap and cleared it. Tank is now full. Put the pipe back on but still no water at the trough. Line is blocked. Dad had an appointment in town and I had arranged to meet the principal at Dalby Christian College. So we did that. Dad's bone density test when well and at the school I found that Jan Marie Hall was head of senior school. I have known Jan since she was a kid and taught with her in Mackay. We got a couple of fitting and came back to lunch at Pips n Cherries and then home to go back to work on the trough. By dark we had it working. Not sure for how long.
Saturday 3
Spent the morning doing books and getting stuff ready for finiancal planning and the afternoon fixing the ball tap on the trough. Tied it up with wire. Robyn made pumpkin soup for lunch. Still fluey. Dad and I watched a Clarkson Farm.
