Week 52 23 -29 March CRD16

Sunday 23 Preached at Cooranga North from Ps 44. Went to Pips n Cherries for lunch. Came home to an afternoon sleep and slow afternoon and evening. Pumped water. Rang and chated to Jenny Lee about plaque for mum and other stuff. She is packing and tidying to get house appraised. Bruce has already moved in his head. Biggest concern is that they will become homeless as they wait for a builder.  Monday 24 Relief in Bell today. 7 ITD went well and Year 10 Science was the usual disrupted mess. Principal Rob came up to see me and warn me to watch my proximity to kids they will make stuff up and are happy to submitcreports to the department. Went and saw him after to let him know that if I was in danger let me know I don't have to cone. He is a big bloke and they reported him I think is where his concern came from. Week 51 16 - 22 March CRD14

Sunday 16 When with Nathan and JB to Black Dog ride in Pittsworth. Tom and Hugo came too. Good day although about 35 bikes started we went to Goombungee stop one Highfields stop 2 and then back to Pittsworth stop 3 and lunch. By then there was about 15 bikes left. Had a good time with JB and Nathan anyway. Got home about 4.30pm finished pumping water and had an early night. Watched mini of F1 and MotoGP sprint. Robyn and Dad went to church on Bell and lunch at Pips n Cherries.  Monday 17 School in Bell. Did the mouse baits all but the one in the ute were empty in 4 days numbers are up and there is the smell of dead mice at the front door. Went out in the buggy to find the heifer Zach had to shot. No idea how it got there and why it was there. We would never have found it in our normal life. Bit concerned that there is not enough feed left in the current breeder paddock til after Easter. 5 weeks. Really need to build fence from mill to the top of the hill to manage them better....

Week 50 March 9-15 CRD10

Sunday 9 Left Chinchilla about 6.30am and rode home. Showers looked to be increasing by the Jandowae turn off so I stopped and put on my wets. Home for breakfast and a yarn with Kate before church. Adam preached at Cooranga North and then to lunch at Pips n Cherries. Nice to take Anna with us. Home for a nap and then I did the mouse baits most of which were empty in the week. Made Anna a bait holder too. Too calves were still in the bull paddock so we chased them out. Put pump on to fill tank at the mill.  Monday 10 Mill tank was running over and turned the tap to tank behind the dairy. Forgot to tell Robyn to check it through the day. It was running over by the time I came home from school. Bell today Naplan practice yr7 woodwork and 9/10 Science. Came home to a cuppa and a yarn but was smashed. Did some bookwork. Week 49 2 - 8 March CRD7

Sunday 2 Before Church I went a checked on sale cattle and one was out in the bull paddock but up in the next paddock I wanted to open them to so after breakfast I went and sorted the fence so they could access the next paddock. As a result we were a little late for church. Trevor preached and after church held the ACM. Peter L had asked me to join the committee on Management. I agreed. Meeting was brief and to the point. After morning tea we went to Pips n Cherries for lunch home for a quick nap. MotoGP and wash the bike. Pumped water. All the tanks are full. Forgot to turn pump off last night did it morning.  Monday 3 Relief in Bell. They want me to do ITD one day a week. Put in for Wednesday. Before work I did mouse baits switch off pump and finished bike wash and gave the scooter a quick wash. After work and a cuppa with Dad and Robyn. Week 48 23 Feb - 1 March complete relief days 4

Sunday 23 Got to the track about 9.30pm Good day of racing. We went to the expo and brought a pain pod. Ian swears by them. The racing highlight was PRT Triumph racing winning the SSP category on their 765 ridden by Tom Booth-Amos. After the last race we came to Cowes and got our washing done and had fish and chips for dinner. Good day.  Monday 24 Left Cowes this morning first stop Thalia and Georgies. Shared Kate's book with her. Then we head for Jamieson via Eildon Rd. Had lunch at the Woori bakery then had a stop at the Taggerty General Store at the start of Eildon Rd. Then on to Jamieson. As fun a ride as we expected. Courthouse hotel was good too. Bed a bit bendy and soft.  Tuesday 25 750k ride to Wellington. First stop Breakfast at Whitfield. Road Mansfield to Whitfield is another good one. From here to Gundagai. Fueled in Young and then on to Wellington and Hermitage Hill and dinner at Lion of Waterloo Hotel.
