Week 96 25 - 31 January CRD0

Sunday 25
Went to church today. Had lunch after at the Andergrove Taven. Had an afternoon nap at Dapplewood as we sold bar stools. First sale. Did some shopping and saw Jia and Jay Ellen Wright. Went out for icecream and bumped into Charli Dixon Camden and Keley. Saw Heliana and Kolassa and Lidda Kofe. Nice to catch up. 
Monday 26
Concreted border done first up this morning. Signed up agent for rental of house Cheryl MRE. Moved furniture into the shed including piano and fridge. Secured paver stack and fence. Anna gernied of outdoor setting which we will leave in rental. Pulled handle off compactor plate and tap off brick saw. Had a look for parts today but no luck will try supercheap tomorrow. Sold tall boy and table. Secured Anna's fence and fixed top of her personal gate when we got home. Good day. 
Tuesday 27
Moved Kate's stuff at Anna's house to free up flat space. Spread sand on pavers and compacted. Blew off roof and cleaned up yard. Checked out Sunita fence. Moved bed to Anna's and some other bits. Robyn engaged a cleaner to clean next week. Mowed grass at Anna's. Robyn stained the outdoor sets til she ran out of paint. 
Wednesday 28
Disappointed as it became clear that we will not head home tomorrow.  Took load of green waste and bricks to the dump and picked up link blocks. Finished driveway and link blocks. Moved the mailbox. Cut down tree branches at Troy's place. Setup meeting with adjoining aged care manager to fix fence. Brought bed over to Anna's and fitted cable ducting in flat. 
Thursday 29
Got everything finished at the house today. Ray came and finished fridge recess. Mark came and completed touch ups. Fixed the fence at Troys place. Cleaned the gutter on the shed. Robyn reseal garden furniture,  replaced the curtain in the main bedroom and did some touch up cleaning. We did another dump run. I went to donate Blood. We packed the ute. We are Taking the fridge down home. Went to dinner at the Andergrove. Need to tidy up at Anna's before we head home whole heap of furniture and stuff accross the front of her house. It has been emotional trying to get away. Really we have now completed all the things we should have done before we left two years ago. 
Friday 30
Started the day getting Ply from Dapplewood and measuring the roof of gazebo and one sheet for the house roof. Next Bunnings to but bolts for bed at Anna's and a laundry tub. Back at Anna's we setup the bed and then built a laundry space ready for the plumber. I then cleaned out the gutters. We packed the ute. Finally got away at 12.40pm. Arrived back at the farm at 11.20. Stopped for fuel in Rocky, Dinner and Gingin and milk in Kingaroy. 
Saturday 31
Slow start today. Met Ken at his place to look at the location of the shed he wants to built way up on top of the hill. Robyn and I unloaded the ute. Put the fridge outside on the patio for now so we can move the stuff around inside. After lunch we went to Jandowae to check out man arts room got ourselves sorted for week 1. Will have to start early. Had a long yarn with Meridy then off to bed very tried today. We missed Ironpot Hall dinner.

Week 68 13 - 20 July CRD 57 Wk2 Europe.

Sunday 13 Last day of Super Bikes. Better day for Aussies Talya came 7th and Tara 20th WCR and Remi 9th in SBK and Ollie Baylass 13th . His team mate came second again. Met a bloke who was a Jack Miller fan and we yarned between races.  Robyn and Kate had a great day and went to visit Chatsworth House the inspiration for Jane Austin's Pemberly House in Pride and Prejudice. Came back to accomdation at Hartshorne and they were having a Pizza night with live music. Small group about 30 people good fun and good evening. We got out washing done too.  Monday 14 Dried our washing and then headed to York. Thought we would take the non motorway roads but it was not fun just congestion. So we M1ed it. York was amazing. Old buildings very close together. Could spend ages there. We then went open to Thirsk for the night. Visited the Yorkshire Vet building. James Heriot centre was shut. Week 83 26 Oct - 1 Nov CRD84

Sunday 26 Church at Cooranga North. I lead and Allan preached. Then lunch at Pips n Cherries. Robyn got ready to go on calenders trip with Wendy and Maddie I watched some Supercars .Robyn left about 3pm. I adjusted the chain on to 500 before we had a storm. Bit of noise but not much rain for us. Dad and I watched a Clarksons farm before bed.  Monday 27 Relief at Dalby CC today. Cover Exam super and then I cover two year 8 math classes. Robyn had an eventful day on her bike ride. First one of the group fell over while getting the bikes out of the room and and damaged her wrist. Robyn had a dizzy spell after exerting herself moving a tree off the track and Wendy came a cropper when she spotted a snake going through a gateway. They are back in Esk tonight. It was a hot day today with a hot wind. Predicting rain tomorrow. I put on  slow cooker when I came home so we have lunches this week.  Tuesday 28 Dalby CC today. English and Vis Arts exams. Week 69 20-27 July CRD57 W3 Europe

Sunday 20 Started the day with a visit to Kelpies on the North East of Falkirk. These huge art installation of two houses heads represent images of the Scottish mythical beast the Kelpie a water creature that looks like a horse. Very impressive. More driving in the beautiful Scottish countryside to our breakfast spot Tinto Hills Tearooms near Thankerton. Here I met a motorcyclist enjoying a ride and a Sunday morning coffee. Really think I need to come back and ride here. Next we visited Hadrain's wall or the ruins of part of it. It was the Romans Defence line across English to keep the Scots out. Originally 4 metres high what we saw was part of the foundations. The view of the English countryside was picturebook idyllic. Next we went to Lockerbie to see and reflect on the event of the Lockerbie bombing where a bombed PanAm jet literally fell out of the sky in 1988. The site were three houses were destroyed and 11 people on the ground killed is now a reflective garden. The momentum ...
